Being close to the railway park means we are never far from the sound of the trains passing by. It’s a familiar sound that we have gotten used to over the years. Our workspace is pretty simple. It’s just a room where we can sit down and get our software work done. The street outside can get pretty muddy when the monsoon hits but we stay dry inside. We spend a lot of time on our keyboards and talking to each other about different coding problems. We aren't a big company with a lot of departments. It’s just a small team of us who live nearby. We usually have some tea in the afternoon and talk about local news or whatever is happening in Sodepur. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. We don't try to sound like a big corporate firm. We just speak plain English and do the work that is expected of us. It is a quiet and steady way to spend our days in West Bengal.
