We’re located in Chittaranjan Colony, at 3/101. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't feel like those big cold office parks you see in the movies. Shyamsundar It Solutions Private Limited is the name we use. We handle IT stuff for various people and companies. It could be anything from fixing a server to helping someone set up their email properly. We aren’t a giant team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be on the phone all morning, and the next I’m digging through a computer case. We try to keep things grounded. There’s no point in using big words if you can’t explain things simply to the customer. We’ve had this office for a few years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with the work to worry about that right now. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the latest updates in the tech world. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. We don’t promise the moon, we just promise to look at your tech problems and try to find a way to fix them. People around the colony know us and that matters. It’s a practical way to run a business and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood while we work on computers.
