Shree Cashew Processing Private Limited

Our place is over at 122/115 Jogendra Nathmukherjee Road. It’s an old part of the neighborhood, and we’ve been here processing cashews for a good bit of time. The machines are usually humming away from early morning. It gets pretty loud inside when we’re sorting through the raw nuts. We spend most of our day checking the shells and making sure the kernels don’t get damaged during the roasting or drying. It's a lot of manual labor, really. You have to have a feel for it. The humidity around here can be a pain for the storage, so we’re always keeping an eye on that. We aren't a massive corporate setup, just a group of people who know how to handle cashews. Some of the staff have been with us since we started on this road. We just try to keep things moving steadily. It’s dusty work, and your hands get pretty rough after a few shifts. We don’t really have a big fancy office; most of the space is taken up by the bags and the processing equipment. Usually, we're just focused on getting the orders out to the local markets. It’s what we do. Nothing more to it than that. Just a steady pace and making sure the quality is what it should be for the people buying them. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the factory here where we work every day.
