Shradha Health Care Pvt. Ltd. sits on 15 S.n. Roy Road in Behala. Behala is a crowded area, so the road outside is almost always blocked with cars and rickshaws. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss us. Inside, it is pretty straightforward. We have a waiting area with some old chairs and a few posters on the walls about health stuff. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how each other works. It’s a bit of a routine. We show up, open the doors, and start seeing people. It gets hot in the summer because the fans can only do so much. We do our best to keep things clean but with people coming and going all day, it’s a constant job. There isn't much to say about the building itself. It is an older structure. The plumbing acts up sometimes. But it is where we are. We see families from the neighborhood and people who travel in from further away in Behala. We don't do much advertising. People just know we are here on S.n. Roy Road. It’s a quiet life inside even if the street is loud. We spend our time checking records and talking to patients. It is just a regular healthcare spot without any of the corporate fluff you see in the big hospitals downtown. We keep the doors open and just focus on the people walking in.
