Our place is located on Bhairab Dutta Lane, at number 54. It is a quiet enough street compared to the main roads around here. Shivamsansaar Technoskills Services is what we call the business. We focus on technical skills and helping folks learn how to use different tools or software. It started because we noticed a lot of people were struggling with new tech and needed someone to explain it without all the confusing words. We spend most of our time in the office or talking to people about what they need to learn. The space is small, but it fits what we need. You won’t find any shiny posters or sales guys here. It’s just us. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait it out, which is frustrating but that is how it goes sometimes. We do our best to stay updated because things change so fast in this industry. If you walk down the lane, you’ll see our door. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to help the people who come through our door get better at what they do. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stall nearby. We keep it simple and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. That is how Shivamsansaar operates every day.
