Our place is located at 128 B. B. Chatterjee Road, and it is basically a small shop where we handle a bit of everything. People around here know us for being the spot where you can get various small jobs finished without a hassle. It is not a huge space, just enough for us to keep our tools and paperwork organized in some sort of fashion. Most mornings start with a lot of noise from the street outside and the smell of breakfast from the vendor nearby. We deal with whatever comes through the door, whether it is help with some documents or fixing something that broke. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of items piled up, but we manage to find what we need eventually. My brother usually helps out in the afternoons when things get busier. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team, just a simple sign out front. Sometimes the power goes out on this block, so we just sit on the wooden bench outside until it comes back on. It is a simple way to run a business, but it works for us and the neighbors. We’ve been on this road for quite some time now and know most of the other shopkeepers around here. There is always someone stopping in to chat or ask a quick question. We just try to be useful to whoever walks in. It is practical work, nothing more and nothing less.
