We’ve been over here on Maharshi Debendra Road for a bit now. It’s a busy spot in Kolkata, and things move fast around 700006. Shivachallisa Infotech Llp is basically just us working on tech stuff from this office. There’s no big fancy lobby or anything like that. We just show up, get the computers running, and deal with whatever technical problems come our way during the day. Sometimes it gets loud outside with the traffic, but we manage. It’s mostly about keeping things moving. We handle the IT side of things for people who need help with their systems. It isn’t always glamorous work. Sometimes it’s just fixing errors or making sure the network doesn’t drop out when it’s needed most. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need a hand with something digital. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard and software. Most days we are just sitting at our desks, drinking tea and looking at screens. It’s how we make a living. There’s a lot of paperwork too, because being an LLP means keeping things tidy for the government. We try to be helpful when someone calls. It’s a job like any other, really. We’ve got the basics covered and we stay busy enough. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here in this part of town.
