We've been at 60 Shakespeare Sarani for a while now. It’s right near A J C Bose Road, around the Circus Avenue area. Most people know the spot. Shiva Systems & Technologies Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us who know our way around computers and office tech. We get a lot of folks coming in from the local offices nearby because we’re easy to find. The traffic on Shakespeare Sarani can be a nightmare some afternoons, but we are usually here until late anyway. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We deal with all sorts of system issues, mostly hardware and some networking stuff for the small businesses around here. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with parts and cables lying around, but we know where everything is. If you're driving down, parking can be tricky, so it's better to come early. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here in the same building. It’s a busy part of town, always something going on outside. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever comes through the door. It’s a practical setup. We don’t do big ads or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us from someone else on the street. It’s how things work in this part of Kolkata. We just try to be helpful and fix what needs fixing.
