Our place is at 16C Bipin Paul Road, which is right in the Deshapriya Park neighborhood of Kolkata. It is a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, but we are right opposite the National High School for Girls, so things get pretty lively when school lets out. We have been at this address for some time now, just running Shape And Strength the way we know how. It is a straightforward setup. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how we talk. The building has that old South Kolkata feel to it, and we like it that way. Inside, it is all about the equipment and the effort people put in. We don’t promise anything magical; we just provide the space and the tools at 16C Bipin Paul Road. Some days are hotter than others, and the fans have to work overtime, but nobody really complains. It is just a part of living and working in this city. People from around Deshapriya Park stop by, some walk, some come on bikes. It is a local spot for local folks who want to stay active without any of the corporate fuss you see in the big malls. We are just here, across from the school, doing our work and helping people with theirs. It is a simple, no-nonsense environment for anyone who wants to show up and put in some time. We aren't trying to be anything more than a solid neighborhood gym.
