Most of the people around here are just going about their daily lives, and we are doing the same in our office. It’s a simple brick building and we’ve tried to make the inside comfortable enough for a long day of work. We have a few desks, some chairs that squeak a little, and plenty of power strips for all our gear. The street outside can get a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache if someone comes to visit. Usually, we just walk or take a cycle to get here. We do a lot of our work on the computer, so as long as the internet is working, we are happy. Sometimes the local kids are playing cricket outside and you can hear them through the windows. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't have a big human resources department or a marketing team. We just handle the tasks that come in and try to stay on top of our schedule. It’s a practical way to run a small company in a place like Shyamnagar. We like the local feel and being part of the community here.
