Sg Infosystems

Sg Infosystems is based out of P8 in the Uttarayan Housing Co Operative Society, down a bye lane in Rabindra Nagar. Being in a housing society makes it a bit more peaceful than the main roads. We work on computers, networking, and providing IT support for people and small offices nearby. The office is small, just a few desks and a lot of tangled wires. We spend our time troubleshooting software or fixing hardware that someone brought in. It’s the kind of work where you’re constantly learning something new because technology changes so fast. Sometimes a problem takes five minutes to fix, and other times we’re scratching our heads for half the day. We aren't a big corporate firm; we are just a local team that knows our way around a motherboard. Most of our clients are neighbors or people from the surrounding Rabindra Nagar area who know us by name. We don't have a big marketing budget, so word of mouth is how we get most of our work. The bye lane is usually quiet, except for the occasional delivery bike or kids playing nearby. We keep a pot of coffee going and just work through our list of repairs. It's a steady life, and we like the community feel of being tucked away in the housing society. It suits us just fine to be off the beaten path while we fix up whatever machines come our way.
