Our base is located on Village Balichar Road in the Tungidighi area. This is up in the Uttar Dinajpur district. It’s quite a distance from the big cities like Kolkata. We are situated at Dilip Kumar Mahato’s place. Being in a village means things are a lot quieter than they are in the city. The road outside can be dusty depending on the season, especially when the tractors go by. We handle our supplier work from this location. It’s a very local operation. Most of the people around here know each other. Our office space is simple and fits in with the rest of the village buildings. We have our paperwork and our supplies stored where they need to be. The daily routine usually starts early before it gets too hot in the afternoon. There aren't any big glass windows or fancy elevators here. It’s just a solid building where we sit and manage our daily work. Sometimes the internet connection can be a bit tricky being out here, but we find ways to make it work. We value the fact that we are part of this specific community in Tungidighi. It’s a honest way to work every day. We just focus on getting the tasks done and keeping things moving. It’s a practical life out here in the district, and our workspace reflects that reality. We just take things one day at a time to keep everything running.
