Sankara Netralaya

Sankara Netralaya is located at 147 Kukundapur on the EM Bypass. Being on the bypass means it is quite easy to get to, though the traffic can be a real headache during rush hour. We have a decent sized building here. It's a busy place. From the moment we open, there are people coming in. We do a lot of eye work. The lobby is usually full of folks waiting for their turn. We have a lot of staff members, from the front desk people to the ones in the back. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. We just handle it one call at a time. The floors are tiled and we spend a lot of time mopping them. It’s a practical environment. We don't have soft music or fancy decorations. Just the stuff we need to do the job. The EM Bypass area has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings popping up. We’ve stayed right here at 147 Kukundapur. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the number of patients. Some days are long and we stay late to finish up the paperwork. It isn't a glamorous job but it is important. We see people from all over the city because of where we are located. It’s just a regular, hard-working eye center in a busy part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
