Our office for Rdm India Vision Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 370 in New Alipore, specifically in Block - K. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to the city center, which makes it a bit nicer for getting through the workday. The building is a standard residential-looking structure that has been converted for office use. We have a few rooms filled with desks and some whiteboards that are mostly covered in scribbles that nobody has erased in months. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small one near the entrance so people don't get lost looking for us. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, and there are some decent trees along the way that provide a bit of shade. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything is running smoothly. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a rattling sound, but we just give it a knock and it settles down. It’s an honest workplace where we put in our hours and try to do things right. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we keep our lunch boxes, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. Block - K is a good spot for us, and we’re quite settled in at number 370 without wanting to move elsewhere.
