You can find us in Baguiati, right on VIP Road near the Joramandir area. We are in Block D, and the ward numbers have changed from 22 to 16, which sometimes makes the mail a bit late. Being on VIP Road means there’s always noise from the traffic and people constantly passing by. It’s a busy spot in Kolkata, and our medical office reflects that energy. We are a private limited company, so we handle a lot of the usual business stuff, but our main focus is just the daily medical work. The office isn't overly decorated. We’ve got the essential furniture, our records, and the equipment we need to do our jobs. Most of the staff has been here for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of the Baguiati neighborhood. Some mornings we are scrambling to get everything ready before the first person walks in. It’s a lot of work keeping things running smoothly, especially when the city gets busy or the weather is bad. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We are just a group of people working in a medical office who want to make sure we do a decent job for our patients. It’s a regular workplace with its own set of daily hurdles, but we keep at it because this is what we know.
