You can find Samakhya Solutions Private Limited at Central Plaza, which is at 2/6 Sarat Bose Road in Kolkata. Sarat Bose Road is usually packed with cars and people, so being inside Central Plaza gives us a bit of a break from all that noise. We have a regular office suite here. It’s got enough room for our team and all the hardware we need to run things. We’ve been in this building for a while and we know the security guards and the other people working on our floor. It is a professional environment but we don't act like we are in a movie. We mostly just sit around the big table and discuss whatever technical problems are on the schedule for the day. We deal with various solutions for different businesses. It is a lot of troubleshooting and testing things until they work. We don't use those corporate buzzwords that nobody really understands. If something is broken, we say it's broken. If it's fixed, it's fixed. We keep things simple. Lunch usually comes from one of the nearby stalls on the street because the food there is better than anything we could bring from home. It's a busy life, but it's what we know. We just focus on getting through the tasks and making sure our work is solid before we head home for the evening. We don't really have any big secrets, just hard work and a lot of patience.
