We operate out of Plot No.3 on Biplabi Anukul Chandra Street. It’s an interesting part of the city with a lot of history and old buildings surrounding us. Our space is more about logistics and getting things moved from one place to another. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a dedicated group of people working in a fairly small office. The street outside is always humming with the sound of taxis and vendors. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but there is always a sense of urgency to get the paperwork finished. We handle international dealings, so we are often thinking about time zones and shipping schedules. The building itself is quite plain and doesn't stand out much from the others on the street. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our drinks. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about making sure the goods get to where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or there’s a problem with the documents, and we just spend the day fixing it. It is a very practical and hands-on way to work, which suits us just fine.
