S D Udyog Technologies

You can find us at 16/3/H/3 Nandalal Bose Lane. It’s one of those narrow lanes where you have to be careful how you drive. S D Udyog Technologies has been operating from this spot for a while. The building is old, like most things in this part of the city. We don’t have a big glass front or a sign that lights up. It’s just a regular door that leads into our workspace. Inside, we have our equipment and a few desks shoved into the available space. We work on various technical projects and manufacturing tasks. It’s often a bit cramped, but we make it work. The light inside isn't the best, so we have plenty of lamps over the workbenches. Most of our neighbors are residents or other small workshops, so it feels like a community. We know the guy who runs the corner shop and the people who live upstairs. The pace of work depends on what orders we have that week. Sometimes it is very quiet and we just do maintenance, and other times we are working late into the night. We don't have a human resources department or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the technical work we know how to do. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the process. It is just a small, local business trying to do its job every day. We usually finish up and close the shutters by early evening.
