We have a ground-floor space that makes it easy to bring in equipment. The rooms are a bit small, but we make it work by being organized. It’s nice to look at when you need a break from the screen. We don't have a big staff, so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the internet slows down in the afternoons, so we use that time to organize the paperwork or clean the keyboards. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with some old posters and a clock that’s five minutes fast. We never bothered to fix the clock because it helps us get out the door a little earlier. It’s a practical place to work, and we like being in this part of Kolkata. It feels more like a community than just a business district. There’s a tea shop nearby where we usually spend twenty minutes every afternoon just for some fresh air.
