Our spot is located over in Golf Green, right on Prince Golam Md Shah Road. We’re up on the first floor at 1/1a, so you have to walk up the stairs to find us. It’s a bit different from being right on the sidewalk level because it’s slightly quieter, though you can still hear the buses passing by outside throughout the day. The space inside is mostly filled with workbenches and shelves holding various computer bits and pieces we’ve collected. We’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the hardware to worry about that. People from the nearby apartments usually find us when their home setups start acting up. We don't have a big reception desk or a waiting lounge with magazines. Usually, if you come in, you’ll see someone with a screwdriver in their hand and a magnifying glass nearby. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. Sometimes the rain gets quite heavy around here and the water pools up on the road, making the walk to the entrance a bit of a challenge. We just keep the lights on and keep working through the afternoon. It’s just a small team of us handling whatever comes through the door, whether it’s a broken screen or a software issue that’s bothering a regular customer.
