You can find us at 16, Subhas Nagar, over in the 1st Bye Lane. We are on the ground floor in Flat No. 2. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood in Kolkata, which is a nice change from the chaos of the main roads. Rishfotech Solutions has its base here, and it is a pretty straightforward setup. Since we are on the ground floor, it stays a bit cooler than the upper levels, but it can still get stuffy. The office is basically just a couple of rooms filled with workstations and a small area for making tea. We do a lot of technical troubleshooting and software stuff. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign or a fancy entrance. We have a small nameplate by the door so people don't get lost in the lane. Sometimes the neighbor’s laundry is hanging right outside our window, which is just part of being in a residential area. We like it this way because it feels more relaxed. There is no corporate dress code here; we usually just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of sitting. The walls are covered in some old posters and a lot of sticky notes with reminders. It is an honest place where we just focus on the work at hand. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the computers are running and the jobs get finished.
