Down in Bhattacharya Para, specifically in the Bamanmura area of Po-Badu, you’ll find Rfl Plastics. It’s a bit away from the main city hustle, which we actually like. The air is a little clearer out here. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. It’s mostly a local operation. We make things that people use every day, nothing too complicated. The building is simple, just some walls and a roof to keep the rain off the equipment. We have a few local guys from the village who work with us. It feels more like a small community than a factory. Sometimes we sit outside for tea during the breaks. The road out here isn't the best, so when it rains, it gets a bit muddy. That makes it hard for the trucks to get in, but we make it work. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people what we have and they buy it if they need it. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We like the quiet pace of Bamanmura. It lets us focus on the work without too many distractions. Every day is pretty much the same. We start at eight, keep the machines going, and try to finish before it gets too dark. It’s an honest way to make a living. We keep our overhead low and our lives simple.
