Redoq Software Services Private Limited is based out of Santoshpur. We are specifically located at B-178 Survey Park, which is a fairly well-known residential and commercial pocket in Kolkata. The area is quite green and organized compared to some other parts of the city. Our office is set up in a way that allows us to focus on software development and related services. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. It's just a regular building where we’ve rented some space. Inside, it’s all about the work. We have our laptops, some monitors, and a small area where we can sit and talk about projects. We try to keep things relaxed. There’s no dress code or anything like that. As long as the software gets written and the bugs are fixed, everyone is happy. Sometimes we go out for a walk in Survey Park during our breaks to clear our heads. It’s a nice perk of being in this location. We’ve been operating from here for a bit and it works for us. Most of the people working here live in the southern suburbs, so the commute is manageable. We are just a local software outfit trying to do good work without any unnecessary fuss or complicated corporate rules. We just keep our heads down and code.
