If you come down to Pati5/26 Paschim Putiary Colony, you will find us working. Ravrick Softweb Solutions Privatelimited is based in this neighborhood, and it is a pretty standard local setup. It is not a shiny office building with a name in big letters on the front or a fancy glass elevator. We are just in a regular building among other houses and small shops. Most of the time, it is just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone ringing. We have been at this for a while, and we have learned that the best way to get through the day is to just keep moving forward. We do not have big corporate policies or thick handbooks. We just talk to each other and figure out who is doing what for each project. Some of the equipment is getting a bit old, but it still works fine, so we keep using it. We try to keep the place somewhat tidy, but papers and cables always seem to find their way onto every surface eventually. It is a real working environment, not a showroom. We handle different web and software projects as they come in. There isn't a lot of mystery to it. We show up in the morning, do the work, and go home to our families in the evening. It is a simple life. We like being in Paschim Putiary.
