Being in a housing estate makes it feel a bit different from a normal office. There are families living all around, and you see kids playing or people going for walks while we are at our desks. The office itself is just a regular room where we have our setup. BT Road is always packed with buses and cars, so the commute can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but once you get inside Uttarayan, it’s a lot more peaceful. We have a few computers and some basic office furniture that we’ve used for a while now. It’s not a huge place, so we all know what everyone is working on. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is on the news. Sometimes the guard at the gate asks where we are going, and we just tell him we are from 102. It’s a very practical way to work. We don't spend money on big decorations or fancy lights. We just focus on getting the software stuff done and making sure we finish our tasks before it gets too late. It’s a simple life here on BT Road, and we like the fact that it’s a bit more grounded than those big glass buildings.
