Our team is small, and we’ve known each other for quite some time, which makes the long hours of coding and data work easier to handle. There’s a lot of tea drinking that goes on throughout the day, especially when we’re stuck on a particularly difficult problem. The heat in Kolkata can be tough in the summer months, so the fans are always going. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing or trying to sound bigger than we are. We just take the projects as they come and try to finish them on time. It’s a steady pace. Sometimes we have to stay late to get things right, but that’s just the nature of the work we do.
