Rapps Food And Beverages Private Limited is located inside City Centre II in New Town. We are in Block A on the second floor, Unit No Ccnta 0238. Being in a big mall like this is quite a different experience than being on a regular street. There is always air conditioning, which is a relief in the summer, but it also means there is constant noise from the crowds. We spend our days managing the food and beverage side of things from this unit. It’s a busy spot, especially on the weekends when everyone comes out to shop and eat. We chose this location because it’s where the people are. The commute to Rajarhat can be long, but once you’re here, everything is modern and clean. We don’t have a lot of space in the unit, so we have to be very organized with our stock. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes in a small area. We aren't a big chain; we are just a private company trying to find our place in the market. Sometimes it feels like everything is moving too fast in the mall, but we just stick to our routine. We make sure the drinks are cold and the food items are ready for whoever needs them. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but that’s part of the job. We usually take our breaks in the food court like everyone else.
