Our place is out in Vill-Charaktala, which is part of Bongaon in the North 24 Parganas district. Being in West Bengal, the weather gets quite humid, especially in the summers. We've been operating Ramelex Pvt Ltd from here for some time. It's not like being in a big city with skyscrapers. It’s more of a quiet village atmosphere, though things are picking up lately. People around here know us by name. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It's more practical than that. The address is easy enough to find if you know the Bongaon area. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we make do. There are plenty of trees around, which is nice when it gets hot. Most of us grew up around this area or close by. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. Some days are busier than others, especially when there's a lot of transport moving through the district. We handle our own stuff and keep to ourselves mostly. If you’re passing through Charaktala, you might see us. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just talk and get it sorted. That seems to work best for everyone involved here. It’s not fancy, but it is home for us and it keeps us going.
