We are based at No. 290 Rajdanga Main Road, working under the name Congruence Consultancy & Training Pvt. Ltd. Our space is mostly taken up by a couple of training rooms and a small area where we do our admin work. It’s a plain setup, nothing too fancy, just whiteboards and chairs. We spend a lot of time preparing materials and talking to groups of people who come in for sessions. The Rajdanga Main Road area is pretty easy to find, which helps when people are trying to locate us for the first time. We’ve got a few regular trainers who are always around, and the atmosphere is usually quite serious but relaxed. We don't have a big reception area, so visitors usually just walk right in. It can get a bit loud when there’s a full class going on and the phones start ringing at the same time. We try to keep things practical. If someone needs help with a specific skill, we do our best to explain it clearly. There’s always a lot of printing going on, and the smell of fresh paper is everywhere. We don't use big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the lessons and making sure the schedules are kept. It’s a lot of coordination and planning, but we’ve got a system that works for us.
