Aryasoft Technology Pvt. Ltd. is located on the second floor of 205 Rabindra Sarani, specifically in Suite No. 76-77. If you are familiar with Rabindra Sarani, you know it is one of those classic, busy streets where space is at a premium. Our suites are a bit of a walk up the stairs, and the building has that old-school feel with high ceilings and heavy doors. We have two main rooms where we handle all our technology and software development work. It gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once, with boxes of documents and spare keyboards tucked under the desks. We spend a lot of our time staring at code and trying to figure out why things aren't loading correctly. The light from the street comes in through the tall windows, but we usually have the blinds down to stop the glare on our screens. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a buffer from the noise of the market below, but you can still hear the trams and the shouting of vendors throughout the day. We are a small team and we’ve mostly learned everything on the job. We don't have any fancy titles or a human resources department. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the job is done. The walk from the main road to our building entrance is always packed with people buying stuff. Sometimes we have to wait a minute just to get through the door because of the crowds. But once you are up on the second floor, it feels like our own little world where we just focus on the computer tasks at hand.
