R S Technosys

R S Technosys is based out here in West Bengal. We aren't in one of those huge glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s more of a regular setup where we focus on tech systems and helping businesses get their digital stuff sorted. It’s been a journey getting it all running. Some of us have known each other since we were kids, and we ended up working together here. India is a big place, but we keep our focus local. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We just have our computers and some good chairs because we spend a lot of time sitting. It’s a lot of coding and looking at servers. Sometimes things break at midnight, and someone has to log on and fix it. That's just how the job goes. We don't have a PR department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just do the work and hope people like what we do. It gets hot in the summer, and the fans never seem fast enough, but we manage. R S Technosys is just a bunch of regular people trying to make a living in the tech world. We don't overcomplicate things. If a job needs doing, we find a way to get it finished. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve built up over the years and we just keep at it.
