You can find us at Shop No-33-A on Natagarh Main Road, which is in the Sodepur area. We are near the Ghola police station. Our shop is a trading business, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in. It’s a small space, and we have boxes stacked almost to the ceiling sometimes. It’s not the most organized place, but we have a system that works for us. The street outside is always noisy with buses and rickshaws going by. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while, so we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We don't have a marketing strategy. Usually, someone just hears about us from a friend and drops by. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, while other days everyone wants something at the same time. We try to be honest about what we have in stock and what we don't. The computer we use is old and slow, but it gets the invoices done eventually. We don't pretend to be a big corporate office. It's just a local trading shop where we do our best to keep things moving. We handle a variety of items depending on what's available. It’s a simple life, and we like being part of the Sodepur community. Most of our day is spent just managing the inventory.
