It’s basically just a room provided by Nirmal Kumar where we’ve set up our equipment. There isn't much in the way of office furniture—just the basics like tables, chairs, and our machines. During the day, you mostly hear the birds or the occasional tractor going by instead of the constant honking of city traffic. We don't have high-speed elevators or a cafeteria. If we want lunch, we either bring it from home or see what’s available in the village. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy titles. We’re just a few people getting together in Monmohanpur to get our work done. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or find something else to do until it comes back on. That’s just how it is living and working in this part of the country. We don't make a big deal out of it. We just keep going and do what we can with what we have.
