Our office for Quadra Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is situated at 67 T 1 U 1 S E Rly N Colony Grc Bnr in Kolkata. That address is quite a mouthful because we are located within the South Eastern Railway North Colony area in Garden Reach. It’s a unique place to work because it has that old railway atmosphere with the brick buildings and the way the colony is laid out. It’s quite far from the central business districts like Park Street or Salt Lake, but we like it here. The area is full of history and the BNR office buildings are right nearby. Our workspace is pretty basic, just a set of rooms where we have our computers and files set up. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy cafeteria, so we usually bring our lunch from home or find something quick nearby. The commute can be a bit of a journey depending on where you are coming from in Kolkata, but once you get into the colony, it’s relatively quiet. There is a lot of green space around the railway quarters which is a nice change from the city congestion. We’ve been operating out of this Grc Bnr location for a while now and we know the shortcuts through the colony streets. It’s just a group of us working away in an old-fashioned building, keeping things running as best as we can every single day.
