Our office is situated at 141/Q-1 on South Sinthee Road in Kolkata. If you know this part of the city, you know it has its own character. Pt Dynamik Software Management Solution has been operating from here for a while now. We aren't in one of those huge new glass towers; we are in a more traditional building that fits the neighborhood. Kolkata can be a loud and busy place, and South Sinthee Road is no exception. We hear the traffic and the street vendors all day long. Inside, we just try to keep things moving. We handle software management, which sounds technical, but we try to talk about it in a way that makes sense to anyone. We aren't interested in using jargon to sound important. We just want to make sure the systems we look after are working like they should. Our office is a bit cluttered with papers and old equipment, but we know where everything is. It’s a lived-in space. We take our tea breaks together and discuss what needs to be done next. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have a list of things to do and we check them off one by one.
