Prompt Infotech

You can find us at 14/1 B on the 9th floor of the World Trade Centre right on Ezra Street. Ezra Street is a legendary place for business, always packed with people and goods moving around. Being up on the 9th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street down below. Prompt Infotech is a busy office, but it’s more of a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We have stacks of equipment and various projects going on at any given time. Getting up here usually involves a bit of a wait for the lift because the World Trade Centre is a very active building. Once you're inside our space, it’s all about the work. We don't have a fancy reception desk or people in suits. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working on servers and networking gear. Ezra Street is the kind of place where business happens fast, and we try to keep up with that pace. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone not used to the area, but we've been here long enough that it feels like home. We see a lot of different clients, mostly people who work in the surrounding commercial buildings. We don't do much self-promotion; we just stay focused on the technical tasks in front of us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where the main goal is just getting the systems back online for everyone.
