Promotion Pundits Private Limited is based in a flat on the 2nd floor at 126 Feeder Road in Belgharia. It is a typical North Kolkata neighborhood where everything is close together and the streets are always full of life. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a very lived-in feel to it. We don't have big signs or flashy lights. We just have our desks and our equipment in the different rooms of the flat. The work we do involves a lot of planning and promotion, which means we spend a lot of time on our phones and laptops. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. Feeder Road is a busy stretch, so there is always the sound of rickshaws and people talking outside. We like being in Belgharia because it is convenient for all of us to get to. There is no corporate ladder here or anything like that. We just work as a small group and help each other out when someone gets stuck. We've been here for a few years and the landlord is a nice guy who lets us be. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending too much on fancy things that don’t really matter for the work we do. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily list of tasks.
