Progressive Computers

Progressive Computers is located on the first floor at 193 Jessore Road. We are right in the Nagerbazar area, near Motijhil. If you know this part of the city, you know how loud and busy Jessore Road stays throughout the day. Getting up to the first floor is easy enough, and once you’re inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street below. We have been here for a good amount of time. The shop is filled with all kinds of computer parts and monitors. It isn't the most organized place in the world, but we know where we keep the cables and the spare hard drives. Mostly, we deal with people from the neighborhood who have issues with their home PCs or kids who need their laptops fixed for school. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, people just see our sign from the road or hear about us from a friend. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a repair that turned out to be harder than we thought. It happens. We just take things as they come. It’s a simple setup we have here. We enjoy being part of the Nagerbazar community and seeing familiar faces. There’s no corporate talk here, just plain English about what’s wrong with your computer and how we can try to fix it for you. We just keep things practical.
