Praxis Softek Solution is run out of a place in Bally, West Bengal. Specifically, we are at 144 Ccr Jhilpar in the Bally Durgapur area. The address is C/O Tarunkanti Chakraborty, so it is a very local, house-based setup. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, apart from the usual sounds of the village and the post office nearby. We have our computers set up in a room that serves as our main office. It is not a corporate building with glass walls or elevators. It is just a regular house where we do software work and handle technical problems. There are cables running along the floor and a few chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and typing away. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes when it rains hard, which happens a lot around here. We handle things like data and software for people who need it. It is a small team, and we usually have tea together while we figure out how to fix a bug. It feels more like a home than a company. We don't have any uniforms or strict rules about where to sit. We just get the work done from this corner of Howrah and try to keep things moving forward every day.
