You can find us on the ground floor of building 196 on Ramakrishna Samadhi Road. We are right in Kankurgachi, which is a pretty lively part of town. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with stairs or elevators. We do a lot of tech-related work here. Sometimes it’s fixing computers and other times we are just helping people with software issues. The office is one of those places that always has a few computers taken apart on the benches. It’s not the neatest place you’ve ever seen, but we know where everything is. We have a small team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. The traffic on the road outside can be quite loud, so we usually keep the door shut. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to ask a quick question about their phones or laptops. We don’t mind. It’s a practical space. We’ve got some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We just like fixing things and keeping the hardware running. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but we have some desk lamps to help out. It’s a basic, functional shop that serves the local area without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures. We just get the job done and move on.
