Our office is on the 2nd Floor, Room No. 4, at 7 Pollock Street. It’s one of those older buildings in the city where the stairs are a bit steep and the hallways have a lot of character. We just call the place Positive, and we’ve been operating out of this small room for a while now. Pollock Street is always bustling with people, and you can hear the sounds of the city through the windows even when they’re closed. The room itself is pretty simple—just some desks, a couple of computers, and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t have a big staff, so it’s usually just a few of us working quietly or talking to people who come by. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find modern decor or high-tech gadgets everywhere. We keep things functional and focus on whatever paperwork or tasks are on the desk that morning. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up walking the two floors, which keeps us moving. Being in Room No. 4 means we have a bit of privacy from the main street noise, though it’s never truly quiet. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from people who already know where to find us on Pollock Street. It’s a steady, no-nonsense way of working, and we like the simplicity of having a small space to call our own.
