Our spot is on the ground floor at 18 Panditia Terrace. It’s an easy location to find once you know the street. Pleione Software Solutions Llp is what we call ourselves, and we spend most of our hours right here. Being on the ground floor means we hear the street noise, cars passing by, and people talking outside. It makes us feel connected to the neighborhood. Inside, it’s a typical software setup. Lots of monitors, some half-empty water bottles, and a few plants that we keep forgetting to water. We aren't a big firm. It’s just a small group of us who enjoy coding and fixing things. We don't go for the whole corporate look. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts to work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with projects to worry about that. We have a small area where we keep our bags and coats. Sometimes the neighbors pop their heads in to say hi. We like the local feel of being in Kolkata 700029. It’s a busy part of town, but our little office stays fairly focused. We just take things one day at a time, working through whatever bugs or features are on the list for that week. It’s honest work. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit on high speed, but it keeps us cool enough. We just focus on the code and keep moving.
