Persistent Systems Ltd

Down here in Hridaypur, specifically in the Hariharpur area of Kolkata, things move at their own pace. We are Persistent Systems Ltd, and our office is set up in a way that feels very much like the rest of West Bengal—practical and a little bit older. The humidity can be quite something during the monsoon season, so we’re always making sure the fans are working right. Getting here usually involves a bit of a trek for some of us, but Hridaypur has its own charm away from the main city rush. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few rooms filled with desks and the usual office stuff. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy. Usually, when someone comes by, they just walk in and ask for whoever they need to see. We spend most of our time at our screens, and the atmosphere is generally quiet except for the occasional sound of a train or someone passing by on the street. It’s an honest place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big glass windows or expensive furniture. We just come in, do what we are supposed to do, and then head back to our families. The local tea is good, and we often take turns going out to get a few cups for the group. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here.
