Perfect Soda

We are located on Swami Vivekananda Road in Kasandia. If you know where Samasree Cinema is, then you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We’ve been here for a long time, serving soda to the folks who come for the movies or just live nearby. It’s a local spot. The building is old, and we’ve had to fix the plumbing more times than I can count, but it stays standing. We make our soda right here. It’s a lot of noise and carbonation tanks, and the floor is usually a bit wet from the washing. We don’t have a big corporate team. It’s just us and a few workers who’ve been with us since the start. On weekends, when the cinema has a big show, things get really hectic. People want their drinks fast. We don’t use any fancy machinery, just the standard stuff that gets the job done. Sometimes the flavorings aren't exactly the same as the last batch, but that’s what happens when you do things by hand. We aren't trying to be a global brand. We just want to make sure the people of Kasandia have something fizzy and cold when they want it. It’s a noisy, busy life on this road, but we like it. Most of the regulars know us by name. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until the last show at the theater finishes up.
