P K Tour And Travels Solutions is located on the second floor of number 9 Sova Ram Bysack Street. It’s an old building, so you have to walk up the stairs to find us. We handle a lot of the usual stuff like booking cars or figuring out train tickets for people who don’t want to mess with the websites. The office isn't very big, just a few desks and a lot of paper files. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers or checking schedules. It gets loud sometimes when the street traffic is heavy downstairs. We've been doing this for a bit now, helping families plan their trips to see relatives or just go on a holiday. It isn't always smooth, and sometimes trains get delayed or a car breaks down, which means we have to fix it on the fly. You won't find any fancy brochures with glossy pictures here. Usually, people just come in and tell us where they need to go and we see what’s available. It’s a bit cramped in here with all the ledgers, but it works for us. We aren't a big corporate agency, just a small local office trying to make travel a bit easier for the folks around here. Most of our days are just filling out forms and making calls. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a short break before getting back to the phones and the bookings.
