You can find us at 42 Phears Lane, right near the Central Metro station in Kolkata. It is one of those parts of the city that never seems to sleep. There is a constant stream of people and vehicles moving past our door. We are a marketing company, but we do not operate like those big agencies you see in the movies. Our office is a simple, lived-in space. We have desks piled with papers and a small corner for making tea and coffee. Being so close to the metro is a huge plus for us because it means we can get anywhere in the city quite quickly. The building we are in has a lot of history and character, even if it is a bit worn around the edges. We spend our days on the phone and the computer, trying to get things moving for our clients. It is a busy, often loud environment, but we find the energy of Phears Lane quite motivating. We do not have any formal meetings or corporate retreats. We just talk across our desks and figure things out as we go. It is a very hands-on way of doing marketing. We are just a group of local people who know the city well and use that to our advantage. It is not always perfect, but we put in the effort every single day to keep the business going strong. We just do our best with what we have.
