If you walk down Biren Roy Road East in the Barisha area of Kolkata, you’ll eventually find us at number 10 6 1. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. It’s a typical Kolkata street, full of life and sometimes a bit of chaos, which we don’t mind at all. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the Orga Solutions work. We don’t have those big glass partitions or expensive carpets you see in movies. It’s just a regular building with wooden desks and sturdy chairs that have seen a lot of use. We usually start the day fairly early, before the heat really kicks in. There is always a bit of a breeze if we keep the windows open, though it brings in the street noise too. We handle various tasks, and everyone here knows exactly what they need to do. It’s a friendly atmosphere, mostly because we’ve worked together for so long that we’re more like a small family than just coworkers. We have our routine down to a science. Someone brings in snacks, someone else manages the files, and we just keep the wheels turning. Barisha is a good place for us to be based, it feels very grounded. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a local business doing honest work every day. The work keeps us busy from morning till evening and we like the rhythm of it.
