Optix Contact Lens Clinic

You can find us at 45 Free School Street, which is right in the heart of the Park Street area. We are located right beside the VIP International Hotel, so we get a lot of people wandering in who are staying there and realized they forgot their contact lens solution or broke their glasses. It’s a very busy part of town, and there is always noise from the street. The clinic itself is quite small and compact. I’ve spent many years working in this space, and I know every corner of it. Most of my day is spent helping people get the right fit for their lenses. It takes a bit of time and patience, especially for new wearers. The floor is a bit worn down from all the foot traffic over the years, but I think it gives the place some character. We don't use any fancy sales talk here. People just come in because they need to see better, and we do our best to help them with that. The air conditioning is always running to keep the Kolkata heat away, though it can be a bit loud sometimes. I usually keep a stack of old magazines in the corner for anyone waiting. It’s a regular, honest business that’s been part of this street for a long time. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a small team of us working every day to keep things running smoothly.
