Optima Infotech

You can find Optima Infotech at 24 Park Street, right inside the Park Center Market. It’s a well-known spot in the city, so we get a lot of different people coming through. We’ve been at this Park Street location for a long time now. The market is always loud and full of energy, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. Our shop is tucked into the market, and it’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of customers, but it’s home for us. We focus on fixing laptops and handling various IT issues that people bring in. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Just some workbenches and the tools we use every day. We aren't really interested in the corporate side of things. We’re just local guys who know our way around a motherboard. Most of our customers are people who work nearby or live in the apartments around Park Street. We’ve seen the market change a lot, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We just keep doing what we do, one repair at a time. It can be a bit chaotic on weekends when the market is packed, but we just keep our heads down and get the work finished. It’s a straightforward, honest living, and we enjoy being the ones the neighborhood turns to when their tech fails them at the worst possible time.
