Olus It Services Private Limited operates from the 4th floor of 7A, Hospital Street in Kolkata. It’s the same building where a few other companies are based, so the hallways can be quite busy during the day. Our office is a simple place where we manage IT services for our clients. There’s nothing flashy about it—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of hardware scattered around. We spend most of our time on the phone or remoting into other people's computers to fix problems. It’s the kind of work that never really stops because someone’s computer is always acting up. The building itself is an older one, which gives the place a bit of character, though the stairs can be a bit much in the humidity. We have a small team of technicians who know their stuff. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or try to sound more sophisticated than we are. We just tell you what the problem is and how long it will take to fix. It’s an honest way to work and it’s served us well so far. We don't have a dedicated salesperson, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of equipment in for repair, but we manage to keep things organized enough to get the job done.
